THE BLUE MEANIES' ACOUSTIC MONKEES MARATHON SHOW!

So, you're wondering what this is all about, eh? Well, let's just say the title speaks for itself!

Yes, we Blue Meanies have come up with something different. It's an acoustic tribute to The Monkees, albeit in marvelous marathon form!

This isn't your everyday "Let's all dress up in costumes and sing nothing but the same old hits" show. It's a uniquely intimate, cozy, informative, fun, "Are they really playing that song?" extravaganza!

Fear not! The Monkees'
hits are an important part of this show, but we have to say that our days of catering to the casual listener are over. We want to give die-hard Monkees fans something they've been wanting for many years: a Monkees tribute that dares!

This all-acoustic tribute covers the years 1966 to 1970 and features songs from each of the original nine albums released by The Monkees during that time. Not only that, but there are plenty of outtakes and B-sided goodies.

We Blue Meanies have performed this show at
New York City's prestigious B.B. King Blues Club to a very favorable reception.
